Because of my interest in the English language, I decided to major in English Literature at the University of Connecticut in which I received my BA.

    • Engineers gave me scripts to follow from which I typed in commands into an Epsilon window to run programs that would place text and photos into a web environment. I accessed browsers to test articles in our online encyclopedia products to find engineering and editorial errors and to report them to the engineers and editors respectively to fix.
    • Made sure all my weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines were met.
